1. Accuracy of inventory and device data
- Inventory records, stock counts, movements and reports reflect what users and devices submit. They do not replace physical stock-taking, audited financial records or any fixed-asset register required by law.
- Hardware and software details collected by the Inventory Agent are read from Windows and may be incomplete or wrong, for example when a manufacturer leaves the serial number blank or when cloned computers share one device ID.
- Online, late and offline status on the Agent monitor depends on the network between the computer and the Service. A computer shown as offline may simply be unable to reach the Service.
- Barcode and QR scanning depends on camera quality, lighting and label condition. Always confirm the scanned item before completing a checkout or check-in.
2. No professional advice
Nothing in the Service is accounting, tax, legal, insurance or IT security advice. Decisions about purchasing, depreciation, insurance claims, disposal or security remediation should be made with suitably qualified advisers.
3. Third-party services and links
The Service relies on third-party components such as hosting, email delivery, jsDelivr and UI Avatars. We are not responsible for their availability or content. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, DZ Com Technologies is not liable for any loss or damage, including loss of data, equipment, revenue or business, arising from reliance on information in the Service or from its unavailability. Full liability terms are in the Terms of Use.
